We, the people of Knoxville, get to vote on a referendum this November 4 to bring needed infrastructure improvements to our city.

If the plan is adopted, Knoxville will have a new dedicated funding source for infrastructure improvements like sidewalks, road paving, greenways, facilities, and parks — to benefit residents in every neighborhood.
